Before starting the diesel generator set, you should check it carefully, here are some steps you can refer to.
1. Check the oil level of diesel generator set is within the tick mark, if oil is not enough, add oil to the marked line with the model.
2. Check whether the coolant cover is 6mm or so below the tank of diesel generator set, add enough water to the above location.
3. Check whether the level of electrolyte is about 15mm above the plate surface, if there is not, add distilled water to the location.
4. Check the around of diesel generator set, move away the items which will impede the operation or running of diesel generator, ensure that the ventilation flow of diesel generator set.
5. Ensure that the master switch of diesel generator set in the OFF state.
6. Ensure the fuel tank of diesel generator set is more than half of oil in the fuel tank, ensure the supply valve of diesel generator set is always open.
These working doing before start diesel generator is necessary. After doing the above steps, you can use diesel generator set in the correct way.
