Maintenance and Repair Details of Diesel Generator Set(I)
A-level maintenance (day care) of diesel generator set:
l) Check the daily work of diesel generator set;
2) Check the oil surface, the cooling liquid surface of diesel generator set;
3) inspect the diesel generator set is whether damage, leakage, loose or worn belt everyday;
4) Check the air filter of diesel generator set, clean air filter cores, if necessary, replaced it;
5) release the water or sediment in the fuel tank and fuel filter of diesel generator set;
6) Check the water through filter of diesel generator set;
7) Check the starter battery and battery fluid of diesel generator set, if necessary, add additional liquid;
Check whether there is any abnormal sound for diesel generator set;
9) Using air guns to clean the water tanks, coolers, and cooling network dust of diesel generator set.
B-level maintenance of diesel generator set:
1) Repeated the daily examination of A-level;
2) Replace diesel filter of diesel generator set every 100-250 hours;
All diesel fuel filter of diesel generator set can not clean, whichcan only be replaced. 100-250 hours is a flexible time, it must be basedon the actual cleanliness of diesel and replaced;
