Maintenance and Repair Details of Diesel Generator Set(II)
B-level maintenance of diesel generator set:
3) replace the generator oil and oil filter after every 200-250 hours. The oil of diesel generator set must meet the United States API CF standard;
4) replace the air filter of diesel generator set (diesel generator operating 300-400 hours);
Pay attention to the influence that room environment to the diesel generator set and decided to replace the air filter at the right time, the filter can be cleaned with air gun;
5) Replace the filter and add water over the concentration of DCA;
6) Clean crankcase breather valve filter of diesel generator set.
C-level maintenance of diesel generator set:
After diesel generator set work 2000-3000 hours, please do the following cleaning work:
Repeat A, B-class maintenance of diesel generator set
1) Remove the valve chamber cover, clean oil and oil sludge;
2) Tighten screws ministries (including the running part, fixed part);
3) cleaning the engine crankcase, oil sludge, iron and sediment of diesel generator set;
4) Check the wear on the turbocharger and clean coke, if necessary, adjust it;
5) Check and adjust valve clearance of diesel generator set;
6) Check the working of PT pump, fuel injector, adjust the injector stroke, if necessary, adjust it;
7) Check and adjust fan belt, water pump belt tension. Clean water tank cooling network, and check the thermostat's performance of diesel generator set.
