Notes of Repair Parts of Portable Gasoline Generator(I)
Before starting repair the parts of portable gasoline generator, you should pay attention and reading the following notes carefully, only follow the right notes, portable gasoline generator can be maintain as good as possible.
a) Be sure that portable gasoline generator in a static state when demolition of parts rotate the generator, at this time, the rotor center line of two great teeth should in a vertical position to prevent shaft deformation of portable gasoline generator.
b) Do not re-use the opened gasket of portable gasoline generator, replaced a new one; if spare parts of portable gasoline generator is lack, please contact of factory as soon as possible.
c) Do not use the removed fastening parts of the brake pads, it should be replaced with new.
d) You can only use the purity new steam turbine bearing oil to portable gasoline generator, do not use other oils that may have conductive properties to lubricate bolts, otherwise the parts will reduce the insulation resistance, and may cause damage to the portable gasoline generator.
e) Tighten the bolts and nuts of portable gasoline generator, alloy steel, strictly to the the drawings and the "installation technology" on the specified torque.
