Periodic Maintenance radiator of Portable Gasoline Generator
Radiator repair and maintenance cycle of portable gasoline generator should be cleaned once per 200 hours:
1.External Clean of portable gasoline generator:
Use hot water (add cleaning agent) to spray portable gasoline generator. Using this method that direction spray from the radiator fan in front of the jet (such as spray from the opposite direction only pressing in the center of the dirt), use tape to portable gasoline generator;

Poured 4% acid solution into the radiator, dry acid solution over the back for 15 minutes, check the radiator. If there still are some water pollution of portable gasoline generator, washed once with 8% acid solution;
After cleaning with 3% of the alkali solution, then rinse with water and then three or more to portable gasoline generator;
If the watertight then reinstalled, after replacing the radiator should be re-filled with water and add anti-rust agent.
